For anything to do with a specific order, the fastest way is to raise a ticket — go to Contact us on the site, pick what it's about and add your order number. You get a chat page for it and we reply there, so everything about your order stays in one place.
To see your orders and tracking, tap the profile icon on the shop, enter the email you ordered with, and open the order — no password needed.
