Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses all over India. All orders are prepaid; we do not offer cash on delivery. We currently do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India.

An optional faster delivery (Speed Post) is offered at checkout for customers who want it sooner — ₹90 for 1–2 jerseys and ₹119 for 3–4 jerseys. Standard (free) stays selected unless you choose the faster option.

3. Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day. Every kit is checked before it is packed.

4. Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes about 5–6 days across most of India with standard shipping, and often sooner with the faster (Speed Post) option. Remote areas and certain PIN codes can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, as the parcel is in the courier's hands once dispatched.

5. Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we send the tracking ID by SMS, and it also appears on your order page. To see it on the site, tap the profile icon, enter the email you ordered with, and open your order — no password needed. The order page shows the live delivery stage (in transit, out for delivery, delivered) as the courier scans it.

6. Your delivery address

Please enter a complete, correct address with a working phone number and the right PIN code. We dispatch to the address you give at checkout and cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because the address or phone number was wrong or incomplete. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — we can only change it before dispatch.

7. Undelivered or returned parcels (RTO)

If a parcel cannot be delivered — the address was wrong or incomplete, no one was available after the courier's attempts, or the parcel was refused — it is returned to us ("return to origin"). When that happens we will contact you. We can re-ship it to a corrected address; because the courier charges us again for a second shipment, a re-shipping fee of ₹80 applies, which you can pay from your order page. 8. Delays outside our control

Occasionally delivery is delayed by things neither we nor the courier can control — weather, festival-season volumes, regional disruptions, or incorrect address details. We will help you track and follow up with the courier, but we cannot be held liable for such delays once a parcel has been dispatched.
