Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to take and deliver your order and to support you:

• Contact & delivery details — your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and PIN code.
• Order details — the items, sizes and amounts you order, and your order history with us.
• Communications — messages you send us through the ticket chat, email or Instagram, and any photos you attach (for example with a complaint or a review).
• Technical & usage data — device and browser information, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and analytics (see section 5).

You give us most of this directly when you place an order or contact us. We do not ask for any more than that.

2. How we use your information

• To process, pack, ship and track your order, and to send you order and delivery updates by email and SMS.
• To answer your questions and resolve issues, refunds, exchanges and tickets.
• To prevent fraud and misuse and to keep the site secure.
• To improve our products, site and service.
• To send offers and updates where you have chosen to receive them — you can opt out any time.

3. Payment information

Payments are handled by our secure payment provider. Your card number, UPI PIN, bank login and similar credentials are entered on the provider's secure systems — we never see or store them. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, and a reference for it, so we can match it to your order.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to run the store:

• Courier / logistics partners (such as India Post / Speed Post) — your name, address, PIN and phone, so your order can be delivered and tracked.
• Payment provider — to take payment securely and confirm it.
• Fulfilment / supplier partners — the minimum needed to pack and dispatch your kit.
• Technology providers that host our site, database and emails on our behalf.
• Analytics providers (see section 5).
• Authorities, where we are required to by law.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar storage to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These tools may set their own cookies and receive usage data under their own privacy policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some features (like your cart) may not work as well if you do.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service, handle any after-sales issues, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. After that we delete it or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.

8. Your rights & choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. To make a request, email hello@visionsjersey.com from the address you ordered with. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here.
