These terms govern your use of shop.visionsjersey.com and any order you place with Visions Jersey. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Visions Jersey ("we", "us", "our") is an online store selling football jerseys, retro kits and related apparel, shipped across India. The store operates at shop.visionsjersey.com.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to order from us. You do not need to create a password — you place an order with your details, and you view your orders by entering the email you ordered with and a one-time code we send you. Keep that email secure; anyone with access to it can see your orders.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and no using it for anything unlawful.
Our jerseys are fan and replica kits made from premium stitched fabric. We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any football club, league, national team, player or sportswear brand. Club and player names are used only to describe the kit a product resembles, and all such names, crests and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
We show each product as accurately as we can, but screens vary and slight differences in colour, shade, print placement or finish are normal and are not defects. Sizing runs slightly fitted — please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Stock is limited and shown live where possible. A size that is greyed out is sold out. Occasionally an item may sell out between your order and our packing it; if that happens we will contact you and refund you in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, run offers (such as "Buy any 2, get ₹100 off") and end them at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you pay.
We try to keep prices accurate, but if a clear pricing error is found, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.
All orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery. Placing an order and paying is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we have received your payment; you then get an order number and a confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if there was an error in the listing. You can ask to cancel an order before it is dispatched — see the Return & Refund Policy.
Payment is taken online before dispatch through a secure UPI / payment-gateway checkout. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials — those are handled entirely by the payment provider. Your order is processed only after the provider confirms the payment.

Because kits are prepaid and made to order against limited stock, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout. We do put things right for genuine problems — a wrong, damaged or defective item. The Visions Jersey name, this website, its design, text and photographs are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Third-party club, league and brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only descriptively.
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we do not give warranties beyond those required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example courier disruptions, strikes, weather or acts of government). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
